In 2012, The Starr Agency took over RFD & Associates’ employee benefits plan. It was apparent from the beginning that Mary and Meike had a thorough understanding of the requirements and needs of a company our size. The transition could not have been smoother and, each year, they take the time to meet with all employees regarding the renewal process. RFD employees and I, as HR Manager, know that we will get prompt and accurate answers to questions throughout the year. The challenges accompanying the implementation of the Affordable Care Act have, at points, been daunting; however, we are confident that Mary researches all options available in order to assure that RFD and its employees are getting the best deals possible. We have, and will continue, to make referrals to Mary and The Starr Agency and look forward to our continued association over the years to come.
